1. Service Description
KRATS is clinic management software. Includes appointment, patient management, finance, and other modules.
2. Account
- Must be 18+
- Provide accurate information
- Account security is user's responsibility
3. Trial
- 14 days free
- No credit card needed
- Auto-deactivated after expiry without subscription
4. Subscription
- Monthly or annual
- Auto-renewal
- Cancel anytime
5. Refunds
Digital service is provided instantly; right of withdrawal does not apply per consumer law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal use
- Unauthorized access
- Reverse engineering
- Spam/malware
7. Liability
- Service provided "as is"
- Liability capped at annual subscription fee
- Force majeure exceptions
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. EU consumers retain protections under their local law.
