1. Service Nature
KRATS is cloud-based software. No physical products are sold.
2. Delivery
- Account activated upon payment confirmation (~30 sec)
- Activation email sent
- 99.5% SLA uptime
3. Right of Withdrawal
Per consumer law, digital services are excluded from withdrawal rights. We offer 14-day free trial instead.
4. Refunds
- 7+ days of KRATS-caused access blockage
- Duplicate payment
- Fraud
- Review within 7 business days
5. Cancellation
- One-click cancel
- Monthly: active until period end
- Annual: no pro-rata refund
